Ramblings in Covent Garden

Ok. So I haven't been feeling my kitchen lately, and I have a niggling suspicion that it might have to do with the longer daylight hours gradually creeping in. This now brings to fore my love for rambling through markets - particularly food markets.

So there I have said it - I am a rambler, and in my ramblings I have been fortunate to discover some pretty amazing experiences. One of those experiences and a consistent one at that is the Covent Garden Market.

Perfect because of its easy proximity within the corporate, boho chic and fashion quarters of the London West End, the atmosphere is always delightfully different whenever I go back there. With all the activities that go on around there, no surprises that I mainly go back for the foods on  offer.

If I had to pick a particular "scene" that never fails to draw me back, it would have to be the Real Food Market which holds every Thursday.
An eclectic collection of artisan food traders/producers, I always endeavour to try out something new and different whenever I find myself rambling through.

Of course there are some delicacies that now have pride of place on my list of favourites. If you are one for a good banter, then you'll get on just fine with the traders.
